Reservation Information

When classes are not in session, community organizations may use our space for meetings and community gatherings for a small, refundable deposit.  Our goal is to make space available to organizations that in some way cater to and/or provide services to South Madison residents.

 

We have two rooms available.  Suite 1D will comfortably seat 40, while room 2234A holds a maximum of 75.  A television with DVD/VCR combo and overhead projector can be used, and we have dry erase boards available in both rooms.  A presentation projector and wireless high speed internet connection are also available for presentation purposes.
